Clean water is a necessity that many people take for granted but it is still a painful daily challenge for the many families living in poor areas of Pakistan. The water that is being supplied in this area is bitter, unsafe, and harmful to health, especially for young children. Water from the nearby sources are unsafe to use for drinking so families have no option but to travel a long distance each day just to collect water for drinking. Women and children have to carry the heavy containers for a long time, often missing school, work, or getting a very small amount of sleep. Even after this tiring journey, the water that they bring home is not pure and safe all the time. Unclean drinking water results in diseases, dearth of energy, and long-term health issues. At the global scale, children are the main victims, they are deprived of everything that is essential for a healthy and promising future. What should have been a mere necessity is now a daily struggle for survival. At the Global Winning Souls Ministry through Mission Pakistan, we are determined to change this situation.
